Seed Artists of Montclair, in collaboration with the cell present an evening of music  featuring Pheeroan akLaff with a string quintet, and pianist Diane Moser with her Birdsong Trio.

8:00 pm  Birdsong Trio: Diane Moser piano, Anton Denner woodwinds, Ken Filiano bass violin.

9:00 pm  Pheeroan akLaff performs music of Max Roach, Maxine Roach, Aska Kaneko, and Miho Hazama. It premiers a new work produced by Pheeroan and Aska entitled Hana Dharma  A path of sonic miracles.
