To close out the fall run of Mikel Glass’ installation, the cell is proud to be commissioning Chef Shikhel as the cell's first ever culinary arts resident. Audiences will get the opportunity to indulge in Chef Shikhel’s food throughout all four floors of the building with each floor offering different courses with varying influences and ingredients.
